Athletes will be placed with the appropriate skill level group during their time slot to ensure proper growth. Movement could be fluid and ever changing as athletes continue to improve. Our goal is that each individual athlete will improve their overall volleyball IQ and skills by 1 % each training session.

a.) 8 week sessions large group training: train 2 days each week for 1 hour.
Cost: $480 ($30 per session); drop -in's ($40 per session)
b.) Private and Small Group Lessons
Cost: Private one-on-one $75 an hour
Small groups (2 - 3 athletes) $50 an hour
Groups of 4 or more $40 an hour

6 week sessions (1 -2 matches per week) $80 per person

8 week sessions with volleyball activities for pre-school ages children and one parent gets a workout with our personal athletic trainer (2 days a week for 1 hour)
Our qualified coaching staff will demonstrate and teach outstanding sportsmanship values. We want to create great volleyball athletes and great teammates by developing each athlete to their fullest potential.

About Jill
Jill Alumbaugh has certainly made her mark in the world of volleyball, both as a player and a coach. With over 25 years of coaching experience, her expertise spans across various clubs and high schools, including notable achievements at each stop.
At North Central High School, Jill’s coaching prowess is evident through her accolades as Marion County Coach of the Year and MIC Conference Coach of the Year. She holds the record for the most wins in North Central’s school history and boasts the best season record at the institution. Her accomplishments include securing the only Marion County and Sectional titles in the school’s history during her tenure.
Transitioning to Hamilton Southeastern, Jill continued her winning ways, leading the team to back-to-back state championships in 2022 and 2023. Notably, she established a remarkable winning streak at the freshman level, with 88 consecutive wins and just one loss during the 2023-2024 season.
Jill’s impact extends beyond the local scene, as she has been selected to coach All-Star volleyball teams from Indiana for international competitions in China, Australia, Holland, Germany, and New Zealand. This recognition underscores her standing as a respected figure in the volleyball community.
Her collegiate background at Indiana State University likely provides her with a strong foundation of knowledge and skills, which she has undoubtedly translated into her coaching career.
